RSA 261:117 Loaning of Plates Prohibited.

Title: XXI - MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter: 261 - CERTIFICATES OF TITLE AND REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES
A transporter shall not loan number plates which have been assigned to him under these provisions to any other person.
