RSA 259:43 Hydraulic Brake Fluid.

Title: XXI - MOTOR VEHICLES Chapter: 259 - WORDS AND PHRASES DEFINED
"Hydraulic brake fluid," as used in RSA 266:29, shall mean the liquid medium through which force is transmitted to the brakes in the hydraulic brake system of a vehicle.
