RSA 248:4 Use of Motive Power.

Title: XX - TRANSPORTATION Chapter: 248 - JOINT, CONNECTING, AND TERMINAL SERVICE
No railroad shall be required to allow the use of any motive power, other than its own, upon its railroad.
