RSA 246:29 Neglect.

Title: XX - TRANSPORTATION Chapter: 246 - CROSSINGS, STATIONS, FENCES, CATTLE GUARDS, BRIDGES, BRIDGE GUARDS
A railroad shall forfeit $100 for each month's neglect to comply with such order, for the use of the town.
