Title: XX - TRANSPORTATION Chapter: 243 - FORMATION AND UNION OF RAILROAD CORPORATIONS; LEASES AND EXTENSIONS
The corporate name shall be one that is not in use by any other corporation in the state; and it shall not be changed except by the legislature.
