RSA 231:79 Highways to Summer Cottages; Exemption.

Title: XX - TRANSPORTATION Chapter: 231 - CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGE DISTRICT HIGHWAYS
Towns shall be exempt from keeping open and repairing highways to summer cottages from December 10 to April 10, subject to RSA 231:81, IV.
