RSA 228:52 Acceptance of Federal Funds.

Title: XX - TRANSPORTATION Chapter: 228 - ADMINISTRATION OF TRANSPORTATION LAWS
The commissioner of transportation is authorized to accept federal funds for the construction, improvement or maintenance of highways classified in RSA 228:51.
