Title: XIX-A - FORESTRY Chapter: 227-K - FOREST HEALTH
Any currant or gooseberry bushes which are found to threaten any white pine trees with Cronartium ribicola are hereby declared to be a public pest, and any such plants may be destroyed by order of the director or the director's authorized agents.
