Title: XIX-A - FORESTRYChapter: 227-K - FOREST HEALTH
In lieu of money damages for any trees or bushes destroyed under RSA 227-K:11, the director may offer, and the owner may accept, forest planting stock to be furnished from the state forest nursery.
