Title: XIX - PUBLIC RECREATIONChapter: 227-B - MOUNT WASHINGTON COMMISSION
As used in this chapter:
I. "Commission" shall mean the Mount Washington Commission;
II. "Summit" shall mean the Mount Washington summit property owned by the state.
