RSA 215-A:13-a Protective Headgear.

Title: XVIII - FISH AND GAME Chapter: 215-A - OFF HIGHWAY RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND TRAILS
No person under the age of 18 shall operate any OHRV within this state without wearing protective headgear which meets or exceeds the specifications of FMVSS 218.
