Title: I - THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT Chapter: 21-J - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE ADMINISTRATION
The commissioner shall be exempt from adopting, as rules pursuant to RSA 541-A, the requirements on all forms.
