RSA 21-I:104 Conditions of Non-State Employer Participation.

Title: I - THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT Chapter: 21-I - DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Participation in the plan by non-state employers shall be voluntary. In addition, non-state employers may choose to provide FMLI at no cost to their employees or on a contributory or partially contributory basis.
