Title: XVII - HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT Chapter: 205-A - REGULATION OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING PARKS
Any police department or agency, or the consumer protection and antitrust bureau of the department of justice may bring an action to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
