RSA 204-C:12 Exempt from Department of Transportation Supervision.

Title: XVII - HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT Chapter: 204-C - HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY
Any project or program undertaken under the provisions of this chapter shall be exempt from the provisions of RSA 228.
