Title: XV - EDUCATIONChapter: 194-C - SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS
When used in this title, the term "superintendent" shall include the superintendent and any personnel assigned by the superintendent to perform superintendent services under the authority in RSA 194-C:5.
