RSA 170-A:6 Designation of Administrator.

I. As used in Article VII of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, the term "executive head" means the governor. The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall serve as compact administrator in accordance with the terms of said Article VII.
II. Nothing in this act shall be construed to authorize the establishment of a new division or the hiring of additional personnel to carry out the intent of this compact.
