Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFAREChapter: 161-J - ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENCES, INDEPENDENT LIVING RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES, AND HOUSING FOR OLDER PERSONS
All provisions of RSA 161-M shall apply to independent living retirement communities, defined in RSA 161-J:2, III-a, and housing for older persons, defined in RSA 161-J:2, III.
