Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFAREChapter: 161-F - ELDERLY AND ADULT SERVICES
The purpose of this subdivision is to provide adult in-home care services to persons in need of such care, who otherwise might be inappropriately placed in an institutional care setting.
