Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE Chapter: 161-C - ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT FOR DEPENDENT CHILDREN
No employer may discharge an employee because any support lien or order to withhold and deliver has been served against the employee's earnings.
