RSA 161-C:18 Adjustment of Debt Payment.

Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE Chapter: 161-C - ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT FOR DEPENDENT CHILDREN
The commissioner may at any time consistent with the income, earning capacity and resources of the debtor, set or reset a level and schedule of payments to be paid upon the debt.
