RSA 160-C:12-a Retail Sale of Bottle Rockets and Rocket Launchers.

I. No person shall purchase a bottle rocket unless the person also purchases a rocket launcher or enables the seller to verify that he or she has a rocket launcher appropriate for use with the bottle rocket being purchased.
II. In this section, "bottle rocket" means a bottle rocket as defined by the American Pyrotechnics Association in APA Standard 87-1 (2001) 3.1.2.1, as amended.
