Notice of the seizure of any bomb or explosive found in the possession or under the control of any person in violation of RSA 158:32 shall immediately be sent to the director of state police by the officer making the seizure, and upon final conviction of such person, such bomb or explosive shall be adjudged forfeited to the state and safely delivered to the director of state police or his authorized representative and disposed of at his discretion.
