RSA 158:27 Penalty.

Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE Chapter: 158 - EXPLOSIVES AND EXPLOSIVE SUBSTANCES
Any person who violates the provisions of RSA 158:26 shall be guilty of a violation if a natural person, or guilty of a misdemeanor if any other person.
