RSA 155:2 Regulations.

Title: XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE Chapter: 155 - FACTORIES, TENEMENTS, SCHOOLHOUSES, AND PLACES OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION, RESORT OR ASSEMBLY
In the absence of such bylaws the selectmen shall make regulations for the purposes named in the preceding section.
