RSA 154:8-d Council to Study the Impacts of Electric Vehicles, E-mobility Devices, and the Associated Lithium-ion Batteries on First Responder Response, the Environment, Building and Fire Codes, Life Safety, and Property Protection.

I. There is established a council to study the impacts of electric vehicles, e-mobility devices, and the associated lithium-ion batteries on first responder response, the environment, building and fire codes, life safety, and property protection.
II. The members of the council shall be as follows:
(a) The commissioner of safety, or designee;
(b) The insurance commissioner, or designee;
(c) The commissioner of the department of transportation, or designee;
(d) The commissioner of the department of environmental services, or designee;
(e) The state fire marshal, or designee, who shall serve as chair;
(f) The director of the division of motor vehicles, or designee;
(g) A representative of the New Hampshire Municipal Association, appointed
