Title: XI - HOSPITALS AND SANITARIAChapter: 151-H - RECEIVERSHIP OF NURSING HOMES AND OTHER RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITIES
The court shall set a reasonable compensation for the receiver, and may require the receiver to furnish a bond. Such expenses shall be paid from the revenues of the facility.
