RSA 141-E:22 Management of Asbestos Disposal Sites.

Title: X - PUBLIC HEALTH Chapter: 141-E - ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL
The owner of an asbestos disposal site shall maintain and manage the site in accordance with this chapter and rules adopted by the commissioner under RSA 141-E:4.
