RSA 14:2 Removal of Officer From State.

Title: I - THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT Chapter: 14 - LEGISLATIVE OFFICERS AND PROCEEDINGS
If any officer of the legislature removes from the state, the office shall thereupon become vacant.
