Title: I - THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT Chapter: 14 - LEGISLATIVE OFFICERS AND PROCEEDINGS
Any senator or representative, while acting as a member of a committee of the legislature, may administer an oath to any person who may be examined before such committee.
