RSA 135-E:16 Constitutional Requirements.

Title: X - PUBLIC HEALTH Chapter: 135-E - INVOLUNTARY CIVIL COMMITMENT OF SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATORS
The long-term control, care, and treatment of a person committed under this chapter shall conform to constitutional requirements.
