RSA 132:3 Enforcement of Rules.

Title: X - PUBLIC HEALTH Chapter: 132 - PROTECTION FOR MATERNITY AND INFANCY
The division may enforce the department's rules and ordinances through its inspectors, or through the local boards of health.
