Title: X - PUBLIC HEALTHChapter: 125-B - NEW ENGLAND COMPACT ON RADIOLOGICAL HEALTH PROTECTION
The state radiation control agency shall formulate and keep current a radiation incident plan for this state, in accordance with the duty assumed pursuant to Article III(a) of this compact.
