RSA 12-G:49-a Pilotage Fees.

Title: I - THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT Chapter: 12-G - PEASE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
All vessels required to engage a pilot under RSA 12-G:49 shall pay a pilotage fee to the pilot. Pilotage fees shall be established by the authority.
