RSA 12-A:24 State Ski Operations.

Title: I - THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT Chapter: 12-A - DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL AND CULTURAL RESOURCES
The director of parks and recreation shall be responsible for the management and operation of the state ski area at Cannon Mountain, as provided in RSA 216-A:2.
