RSA 115-A:15 Forfeiture of Bonus.

Title: VIII - PUBLIC DEFENSE AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS Chapter: 115-A - AID FOR VETERANS' PROGRAMS
Any person who obtains a bonus payment under this subdivision by fraud shall forfeit such bonus to the state.
