The army national guard shall comprise the army units which are a part of the New Hampshire national guard at the time of the enactment of this chapter and such other army units as may be organized hereafter, including the personnel who are enlisted, appointed or commissioned therein. When authorized by the laws and regulations of the United States, such personnel may include females.
