Title: VII - SHERIFFS, CONSTABLES, AND POLICE OFFICERS Chapter: 105 - POLICE OFFICERS AND WATCHMEN
They shall be appointed and qualified in the same manner, and shall have, while on duty, the same powers, as police officers.
