Title: VI - PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES Chapter: 101-B - PUBLIC EMPLOYEES DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
The state or any political subdivision may, by contract, agree with any employee or independent contractor thereto, to defer compensation, in whole or in part.
