RSA 100-A:36-e Merger of New Hampshire Permanent Firemen's Retirement System.

Effective January 1, 1982, the New Hampshire permanent firemen's retirement system, as provided by RSA 102, shall be merged into and become a part of the New Hampshire retirement system. All retired members and beneficiaries who are receiving or are eligible to receive benefits under RSA 102 shall receive the same benefits from the New Hampshire retirement system, but in accordance with the payment provisions and restrictions of the New Hampshire permanent firemen's retirement system. All assets and liabilities under the New Hampshire permanent firemen's retirement system are hereby transferred to the New Hampshire retirement system.
