200 RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURES
Pursuant to
2021, 91:168, 171, and 178, effective 7-1-21, and 2021, 91:185, effective
7-1-21, the Governing Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and the Board of
Hearing Care Providers effectively merged and was named the “Governing Board of
Speech-Language Pathologists and Hearing Care Providers”, as defined in RSA
326-F:1, III. All rules filed by the Governing Board of Speech-Language
Pathologists and Hearing Care Providers (Board) are numbered under the rule
title “Sphc” encompassing both speech language
pathologists under the former title “Spe” and hearing care provide
