Agency: Commissioner, Department of Safety (Pursuant to 1995, 226:5, effective 8-13-95, the Commissioner has authority to adopt all rules of the Department except for rules of the Mechanical Licensing Board in the Division of Fire Safety.)

PART Saf-C 901  AUTHORITY AND APPLICABILITY

 

          Saf-C 901.01  Applicability. These rules shall be applicable to all motor carriers and all drivers of commercial motor vehicles, in either intrastate or interstate commerce.
