          Saf-C 2401.01  Agreement.  Under the authority provided by RSA 21-P:4, XIV, the “Unified Carrier Registration Agreement” approved by the unified carrier registration board on November 10, 2016, available as noted in Appendix B, shall apply to the following types of operations of passenger and property transportation in interstate commerce:
