Agency: Commissioner, Department of Safety (Pursuant to 1995, 226:5, effective 8-13-95, the Commissioner has authority to adopt all rules of the Department except for rules of the Mechanical Licensing Board in the Division of Fire Safety.)

CHAPTER Saf-C 1800  COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSING

 

PART Saf-C 1801  APPLICABILITY

 

          Saf-C 1801.01  Applicability.  These rules shall be applicable to all persons who drive a commercial motor vehicle as defined in RSA 259:12-e.
