Saf-C 1200 had formerly been entitled “Special License Plate Program Rules”, adopted under Document #6494, effective 4-23-97, pursuant to RSA 261-A:7.  Pursuant to 1996, 206:2, effective July 1, 1999, RSA 261-A governing the special plate license program was repealed.
