Rea
101.01 Terms Used in Rules.
(a) All
terms used in these rules shall have the same meaning as set forth in RSA
331-A:2 or as used elsewhere in RSA 331-A.
(b) “Client” means a person represented by a real estate licensee,
engaged in an agency relationship.
