Chapter 300. CHAPTER Mec 300

Agency: Mechanical Licensing Board (formerly Saf-Mec). (See 2021, 91:82, effective 7-1-21, which amended RSA 153:27-a. The Mechanical Licensing Board was transferred from being a unit within the Division of Fire Safety of the Department of Safety to a unit within the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification. The rules numbered “Saf-Mec” will eventually be renumbered as "Mec")

          Chapter Saf-Mec 300 titled “Initial Fuel Gas Fitting Licensing, Plumbing Licensing, Fuel Gas Trainee Registration, Plumbing Apprentice Registration, and Business Entity Licensing” was originally adopted as an emergency rule by Document #10648, effective 7-25-14.  Chapter Saf-Mec 300 was readopted as an interim rule by Document #10761,
