PART Lot 8201  DEFINITIONS

 

          Lot 8201.01  Definitions.  The following words and terms shall have the following meanings when used in this chapter, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

 

          (a)  “Applicant” means an individual, association, partnership, joint-venture, corporation, or other type of organization or entity who has submitted an application to obtain
