PART Lab 1301 APPLICABILITY

1301.01 Applicability. These rules
shall apply to the construction, inspection, alteration, and repair of
elevators and accessibility lifts as defined in RSA 157-B:2 and within this
jurisdiction. The following codes shall not preclude compliance with
the codes adopted by the state building code review board pursuant to RSA
