REVISION NOTE:

            Pursuant to 2011, 224:149, II(b) and III, effective 7-1-11, rules in Chapter Pos 1100 entitled “Licensing of Private Postsecondary Career Schools”, last filed by the Postsecondary Education Commission, were transferred to the Higher Education Commission.  The Higher Education Commission subsequently filed Document #10520, effective 2-12-14, which readopted with amendments and renumbered Chapter Pos 1100 as Chapter Hedc 300 entitled “Office of Career School Licensing.”
